About the role

Working closely with the HR Advisor and the General Manager – Human Resources, this is a great opportunity for a HR Officer looking at building on their generalist capabilities by being involved in a wide range of HR activities. 

The role will have responsibility for the recruitment and on-boarding of new employees and involvement in a range of strategic HR initiatives, including OD&L, Remuneration and Benefits, System improvements and Talent and Succession Management.

To be successful, you will require:
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in Chris21 / Frontier software is advantageous. 
  • High attention to detail and good time management skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for fostering and creating a positive work culture.
