Fyfe’s work in onshore gas gathering networks spans over 2,500 onshore wells across 14 basins, including Perth, Surat, Bowen, and Cooper Basins, including deep, high temperature wells.
With three decades of expertise and local offices in capital cities and regional areas including Ballera, Karratha, Moomba, Port Augusta and Roxby Downs, we’re on hand to provide technical excellence and support basin operators across the country.
While we have a library of predesigned skids for new leases, we also offer bespoke solutions that can be tailored to each client and site, giving operators the dual benefit of our experience combined with significant cost and schedule savings.
Addressing our clients’ needs quickly requires seamless processes. We make this possible by managing all aspects of a well connection, from the initial surveying and groundworks through to post-drill construction, thus reducing interfaces for our clients.
Our technical expertise and experience cover:
- Pipelines from a few hundred meters, to 60 kilometres
- High-pressure environments, including pressure ratings of up to 10,000 PSI
- High-temperature environments, including 100°C gas pipelines, and managing thermal change, growth, expansion
- AS 2885.3 pipeline integrity management and code compliance
- 5,000 PSI and 10,000 PSI wellheads
- Class 900 and class 1500 pipelines and pigging facilities
- DN 500 down to DN 25 diameter pipelines
- Plain carbon steel or stainless-steel leases to avoid corrosion problems and composite pipelines where appropriate
- Material take off lists to suit remote site construction activities
- Remediation of existing oil and gas wells and infrastructure.
With 16 offices Australia-wide, we’re also comfortable working in a dynamic digital environment, including GIS technologies, Caesar II, HYSYS, AutoCAD and Plant 3D. This means our clients get the robust data and details they need for decision-making.
The support of our dedicated planning and environmental teams also ensures we can help clients meet regulatory standards, minimise environmental impact and promote sustainable practices throughout a project’s lifecycle.
In addition to our core strengths in onshore oil and gas gathering networks, we’re forward-thinking and provide project support in the renewables sector. We’re experienced in supporting clients in hydrogen and carbon capture and storage (CCS) as the energy landscape evolves.
As Fyfe continues to expand its efforts across all Australia’s basins, stakeholders can confidently partner with a company that embodies technical excellence, innovation, and a dedication to value-added solutions.
