An Investment Director at Mercury Capital, Dean has played a key role in investments across infrastructure, professional services, and the circular economy.
Prior to this, he worked at the Boston Consulting Group in Melbourne and New York, focusing on strategy and transformation projects in asset-intensive industries.
Since joining Mercury in 2018, Dean has been involved in several Fund 3 investments, including ResourceCo, Squiz, E&P, Architectus, and Re.Group and the investment into Fyfe itself.
His background in strategy and operations, plus hands-on transformation experience, strengthens Fyfe’s ability to deliver scalable, sustainable
projects while ensuring value for clients.
Dean also serves on the board of ResourceCo, one of Australasia’s leading recycling and resource recovery businesses, where he contributes to strategy and governance in a sector undergoing significant transformation.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Valedictorian, Honours in Economics) from the University of Melbourne.
