Daniel Sammut is a technology and business transformation leader with more than 25 years’ experience guiding organisations through complex change.
As Chief Digital and Information Officer at Fyfe, he plays a pivotal role in shaping the Group’s technology strategy and enabling its next phase of growth.
Before joining Fyfe, Daniel led a major technology transformation within the logistics sector, delivering award‑winning bespoke software and redefining operational and client service models.
At Fyfe, Daniel is focused on leveraging the scale created through the integration of four businesses to elevate technology from a supporting function to a strategic driver. His vision centres on embedding tech earlier in business conversations to unlock efficiencies, reduce costs, create new opportunities and strengthen the organisation’s ability to deliver value for clients.
A strong advocate for human‑centred innovation, Daniel believes in challenging the status quo with solutions that empower people as much as they advance capability.
Beyond work, Daniel is passionate about aviation and avionics engineering. He enjoys aviation and avionics engineering, building drones and autonomous aircraft, and working towards his pilot’s licence. Daniel holds a degree in Computer Systems Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from RMIT University.
