As Fyfe’s Business Services (Corporate) Director and Company Secretary, Stephen brings strong financial and commercial knowledge and judgement to the company.
In his role as Business Services (Corporate) Director, Stephen leads Fyfe’s Finance team and is Fyfe’s Chief Financial Officer. Stephen also assumes a lead role in the company’s merger and acquisition activity as well as the establishment of new offices.
As Company Secretary, Stephen’s key responsibility is to ensure Fyfe complies with standard financial and legal practice and maintains standards of corporate governance. He acts as the point of communication between Fyfe’s chairman, board of directors and company shareholders, reporting in a timely and accurate manner on company procedures and developments.
