Joel is an industry-leading chartered professional civil engineer, with more than 14 years of experience.
Since being appointed General Manager – Property and Infrastructure at Fyfe, Joel has transformed this area of the business with his leadership and extensive experience in project management, detailed design and documentation and contract administration.
Day-to-day, Joel leads Fyfe’s civil, structural, environmental, planning and land survey personnel undertaking major civil and structural infrastructure, planning, land development and environmental projects.
As an outstanding communicator, Joel enjoys working collaboratively with Fyfe’s multi-disciplinary teams and clients to deliver land development, infrastructure and transport projects for both private and public sectors.
His areas of expertise include:
- Team leadership
- Client relationships
- Planning, design and construction phase services for major civil infrastructure projects
- Highway, road, bridge, car park and intersection engineering
- Master planning, development applications and engineering design for residential, industrial and commercial developments; and
- Stakeholder liaison and consultation.
