As General Manager – Operations, Karina is responsible for driving operational excellence, integrating business systems and enabling sustainable growth across the company’s national offices. Her leadership ensures Fyfe’s teams are supported by robust processes, efficient systems and a culture that is focused on quality and performance.
Karina is an experienced leader with more than 20 years’ experience in management, communications, strategic operations, and business transformation. In this newly created role at Fyfe, she brings a strong commercial focus and deep operational expertise, developed through senior leadership roles in the consultancy sector. Her key skills include simplifying complexity, empowering people, driving efficient delivery and helping Fyfe to build high-performing teams that achieve exceptional outcomes for our clients.
Karina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from RMIT University and post-graduate qualifications from the University of Melbourne and the Melbourne Business School. Driven by a passion for social impact and the ageing sector, in her spare time outside of work she dedicates her time to supporting a variety of community causes.
