Kate is a strategic and commercial leader with more than 25 years’ experience delivering meaningful outcomes for owners, operators and developers of critical infrastructure and the built environment, with a growing focus on supporting the energy transition and the infrastructure required to enable a more resilient, low carbon economy.
Working closely with executive and senior project leaders, Kate partners with clients to navigate complexity, manage risk and respond to rapidly changing market and regulatory conditions. She brings together deep sector insight, strong market perspective and Fyfe’s multi‑disciplinary capability across engineering, environment, planning and survey to shape practical, commercially sound solutions that unlock investment, accelerate delivery and deliver enduring value.
As General Manager, Clients & Markets, Kate is responsible for building and stewarding Fyfe’s client portfolio and leading the teams that support client engagement, growth and strategic project pursuits. She provides clear direction across commercial, sales and delivery teams, fostering a client‑first culture while strengthening pipeline discipline, improving conversion and ensuring consistent, high‑quality outcomes across the full lifecycle of client engagements.
Kate connects clients, industry, and technical teams to drive clear, effective projects and maximise Fyfe’s impact. She has completed the INSEAD Chief Strategy Officer Program and brings a strong strategic lens to Fyfe’s clients, supporting informed investment decisions, enabling critical infrastructure delivery and creating long‑term value for Fyfe’s clients and communities.
