With a presence in Western Australia (WA) for over ten years, Fyfe has been providing services with a team of passionate surveyors in Perth.
The team provides geospatial and surveying services and collaborate closely across projects with Fyfe’s integrated service divisions in engineering, environment, and planning. Engaging with a wide range of clients, the Perth team works across both traditional and emerging energy initiatives throughout the region. Notably, their work is intricately tied to the iron ore industry – the economic backbone of the west.
Fyfe also brings its experience in Australia’s lithium and hydrogen industries and its knowledge of working effectively with Western Australia’s indigenous communities.
Surveying services
Our surveying workforce supports clients across WA in surveying, laser scanning, and utilising cutting-edge LiDAR technology and drones. They operate across construction sites, mines, ports, rail, roads, and buildings, and in challenging and remote landscapes.
With Fyfe’s integrated services, the WA Survey team collaborates closely with our engineering team in Perth and surveying teams and across our 16 Australian offices.

Our Karratha office engages with local businesses within the Pilbara region wherever possible to support our rural and regional economies. We employ local residents who know and love the area and are involved in their local community.

About the Team
Fyfe’s Perth team comprises several experienced professionals with significant industry experience and a passion for what they do, and the area that they work and live in.
WA Survey Manager, Mark Robotham, is an experienced Licensed Surveyor and Survey Project Manager who leads Fyfe’s Western Australia survey operations. Prior to joining Fyfe, Mark was the Managing Director of Survey Logic, which was acquired by Fyfe in 2023. Mark has previously managed various surveying offices throughout Australia and led multiple teams of experienced staff working across some of Western Australia’s most iconic iron ore projects.
The Perth team also have experience working across lithium, battery storage and hydrogen projects and wherever possible, partner with local indigenous businesses and communities.
